Old medieval city of Dubrovnik at night.
Two beaches where we spent our time in Dubrovnik. One was great for the sun, the other was great for the sunset!
Stari Grad. 1. The quaint town- small, peaceful and charming. 2. A kitty friend we found during an evening walk. 3. Bell tower in the old town. 4. Where we lazed away our days.
Split, Croatia. 1. Local liquor with our new friend Peter. 2. Diocletian’s Palace. 3. Did we mention the Ultra electronic music festival was going on while we were there? We didn’t go, but the city was packed!
It was so difficult narrowing down pictures to post here from our hiking in Plitvice Lakes! The blues and greens captivated us all day long, never getting old or boring.
Zagreb Canon- short: quick video of the daily canonWatch "Zagreb Canon- short" on YouTube
Our evening in Zagreb. 1. St Marks church with its colorful roof with symbols of Croatia. 2. Zagreb cathedral. 3. Our awesome host Zenid got dinner with us and introduced us to a delicious local dish called strukli, which is a special dough with cottage cheese and another ingredient like cinnamon or blueberry. Amazing!!
